TYPES OF AGREEMENTS

With an exclusive Agreement with RE / MAX Metro & Playa, we use all of our marking tools at an international level - including collaboration with other agents on the island.
With a Semi-Exclusive Agreement, the selling owner hires a single real estate broker to market his property for a specified period of time, but reserves the right to market and sell it himself. In this case, the selling owner will compensate the broker only if he gets the buyer.
A Non-Exclusive Agreement or Open Listing is one in which more than one agent can be allowed to sell a property, including the Owners themselves. This option will provide you with limited services.
