Types of Agreements
If you're considering putting your home or property up for sale, it may be beneficial to learn about our listing agreements.   
Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement
A listing agreement in which RE/MAX Metro & Playa is given the exclusive right to sell the property.
When you list under exclusive terms with us, we make a financial commitment to market your home through innovative online marketing programs, which include our national and international network of real estate collaborators and make use of online sources to make your listing highly visible- your listing is also supported by a range of highly targeted social media and search engine marketing activities.
Our professional fees are 6% of the sale total, in which we will implement a customized our marketing plan which includes photography, drone photography (depending on the property*) and 360 VirtualTours.

Exclusive Agency Listing Agreement
An Exclusive Agency Listing Agreement is a contract where RE/MAX Metro & Playa is given the exclusive right to sell the property- but, if the property is sold solely through the efforts of the Owner of the property, he is not obligated to pay a commission to the listing agent. Other Agencies must put offers thorugh the offices of RE/MAX Metro & Playa.

Our professional fees are 6% of the sale total, doe snot include drone photography or virtual tours.

Open Listing Agreement
An Open Listing Agreement is a non-exclusive real estate contract in which more than one agent may be allowed to sell a property, including the owners themselves.

This means the seller only has to pay half the typical commission, of just 3%,

This option will provide you with limited services, no investment in marketing will be made, which means it will not be included in the MLS, Zillow,Realtor.com or other paid services.
