Research and Showings- How do we Begin?
Like many people, I fell in love with Puerto Rico's wonderful climate and beautiful natural landscape. A place to enjoy life ...and I want to share that with you!

Screening Interview
Once you have decided where you would like to invest, we will:
  • Schedule an interview
  • Get you pre-qualified 
  • and set up showing appointments.
We will contact you to conduct a thorough interview and see how we can help you- and to see if we are a good fit.
We understand the priorities of every buyer are different. From your preferred locations, property types and investment objectives, we listen carefully and take the time to understand your unique requirements before beginning a property search.
As showings take time to properly plan, and distances are far in between, we cannot accommodate last-minute showings without a previous appointment. 
  • We must conduct the initial interview to get a clear picture of what your needs are. Are you working with an agent? Agents ask this question because we are required to find out if the buyer already has an agent. If you are already working with an agent, we could be guilty of interfering with another agent's client— especially if you have signed a buyer-broker agreement.​
  • We also must have a copy of the bank pre-qualification letter or if it's a cash purchase, a bank letter evidencing funds. We value your time, and ours.* The seller doesn't want to take the home off the market if the buyer is not qualified to purchase the home. Many sellers require a buyer to submit proof of ability to purchase such as a loan preapproval letter along with the purchase offer.
  • We will need a minimum of 1 week prior to your arrival to properly schedule appointments with other agents and run comparables. 
  • Most rental income property is rented out, and most likely you will not have access on the weekends or holidays. 
  • In addition, many listing agents on the island do not work the weekends, limiting access to the properties available to be seen- so you need to accommodate a few weekdays on your travel plans.
