Property Showings during COVID19
We are authorized to show properties, following some security and health measures:
#1  As always we begin with an initial interview, where we find out what your needs and wants are. Once we have determined we are a good fit to work together, we move on to the next step.
#2  You then need to provide us with a Pre Approval from a local lender, or if you are purchasing cash- a letter evidencing funds. It must be a local lender on the island, not from the mainland U.S. --and we can also help by recommending one as well. Please read more about this here!
#3 We will then proceed to make appointments to view properties taking the appropriate health measures: 
  • Maintain social distancing of a minimum of 6 feet at all times while in the home.
  • Everyone must wear masks and gloves during the showings at all times during the visit.
  • Only two people can enter the property during a showing.
  • In addition, some owner-occupied property may require additional restrictions.
As part of the protocol for best real estate practices for personal security and health during the “COVID-19” pandemic, it is the responsibility of the parties involved in a transaction to give their written consent, a record of all visitors that include full names, phone numbers and emails to be notified in case of possible contagion. Please, we ask that you be respectful of these rules for the safety of all involved.
