EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program
EB-5 is a United States visa program, created in 1990, that enables foreign investors to obtain a U.S. Visa by investing in a business that will benefit the U.S. economy and create jobs.
If you are a foreign investor and satisfy the initial requirements below, you can apply to participate in the EB-5 Visa program.
Minimum Investment: The investor needs to make a minimum investment of $900,000 USD through an EB-5 regional center.
Legitimacy of Funds: The investor demonstrates that the investment capital has come from a legal and traceable source.
Background Check: To assure that the investor and/or family has not broken any U.S. Immigration laws, or has a past criminal record.
After approximately 5 years from the investor’s initial entry to the United States, the investor and eligible family members are then able to apply for U.S. citizenship, if the investor chooses.
