Referrals & Agent Collaboration

If you are an agent licensed in Puerto Rico, and would like to show your buyer one of our properties, contact us to set an appointment. Please keep in mind that we must have signed co-broke agreement and the bank letter before making an appointment.

If you are not licensed in Puerto Rico and would like to refer a client to us, we offer a standard 25% on one transaction side.
